The email address you choose to leave, with the time you left it, your time zone and your browser language, so that when we write it's at a reasonable hour and in a language you read.
why, and on what basis
To send you news about archeus, first of all when it's ready. Not often. No sharing, no selling. We do this because you asked for it by leaving your address: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a); KVKK Art. 5(1)). You can withdraw it at any time, and every email we send will tell you how.
where it goes
Your address is stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this page, in a database in Europe. When you leave it, a notification with your address is sent to the maker's Gmail inbox (Google). Both act only on our behalf. Both are US companies certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, so your address may be processed outside your country.
Like any host, Cloudflare handles technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the page securely. We don't store it.
nothing else
No cookies, no trackers, no ad profiles, and nothing written to your device. Page views are counted by Cloudflare Web Analytics without cookies. We also count, per day and without knowing who you are, how many people start the scene and reach its end.
how long
Until you ask us to delete it, and at most twelve months after archeus launches.
your say
You can ask to see, correct, delete or export your address, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw your consent. Write to hello@archeusos.com, ideally from the address you left. We answer within 30 days, usually the same day. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in Türkiye that is the KVKK (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu).
There are no automated decisions about you.

archeus hakkında, öncelikle kullanıma hazır olduğunda, size haber vermek. Sık yazmayız; verileriniz paylaşılmaz, satılmaz.
toplama yöntemi ve hukuki sebep
Veriler, bu sayfadaki formu doldurmanızla elektronik ortamda toplanır. Hukuki sebep açık rızanızdır (KVKK md. 5/1). Formu göndererek archeus'un lansmanı ve haberleri hakkında e-posta almayı da kabul etmiş olursunuz (6563 sayılı Kanun kapsamında ticari elektronik ileti onayı). Rızanızı dilediğiniz an geri alabilirsiniz; her e-postada nasıl yapacağınız yazar.
aktarım
E-posta adresiniz, barındırma ve veritabanı hizmeti için Cloudflare'e (Avrupa'daki bir veritabanında saklanır) ve yeni kayıt bildirimi için veri sorumlusunun Google (Gmail) posta kutusuna aktarılır. Bu hizmet sağlayıcıları yalnızca bizim adımıza işler; yurt dışında bulunurlar.
saklama süresi
Silinmesini isteyene kadar, en fazla archeus'un kullanıma sunulmasından sonraki on iki ay.
haklarınız (KVKK md. 11)
- kişisel verinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme ve işlenmişse bilgi talep etme,
- işlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme,
- yurt içinde veya yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme,
- eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini isteme,
- silinmesini veya yok edilmesini ve bu işlemlerin aktarılan üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme,
- münhasıran otomatik sistemlerle analiz edilmesi sonucu aleyhinize bir sonuç çıkmasına itiraz etme (böyle bir işlem yapılmaz),
- kanuna aykırı işlenmesi sebebiyle zarara uğramanız hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme.
Başvurularınızı, tercihen bize bıraktığınız adresten, hello@archeusos.com adresine yazabilirsiniz. En geç 30 gün içinde, çoğunlukla aynı gün yanıtlarız. Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na şikâyet hakkınız saklıdır.
Cihazınıza çerez ya da benzeri bir bilgi yazılmaz. Sayfa görüntülemeleri Cloudflare Web Analytics ile çerezsiz sayılır; sahneyi kaç kişinin başlatıp bitirdiği yalnızca günlük toplam olarak, kim olduğunuz bilinmeden tutulur.
